Applications
1. machine tools,metallurgical machinery,
2. textile machinery,printing machinery,
3.other machinery,equipment,Can make the mechanical
4. system design very compact and nimble 1. Air intake stroke:
The intake valve opens, the exhaust valve closes, the piston moves from top dead center to bottom dead center, the cylinder volume above the piston increases, generating a vacuum, the pressure in the cylinder drops below the intake pressure, under the action of vacuum suction, the gasoline atomized by the carburetor or gasoline injection device is mixed with air to form a combustible mixture, which is sucked into the cylinder by the intake port and the intake valve.
2. Compression stroke:
The intake and exhaust valves are all closed, the combustible mixture in the cylinder is compressed, the temperature of the mixture rises, and the pressure rises. Before the piston approaches top dead center, the pressure of the combustible mixture rises to about 0.6~1.2MPa, and the temperature can reach 330°C~430°C.
3. Work itinerary
In this stroke, the intake and exhaust valves are still closed, when the piston is close to top dead center, the spark plug installed on the cylinder block or cylinder head emits an electric spark to ignite the compressed combustible mixture, when the combustible mixture burns, it will release a large amount of heat energy, and its pressure and temperature increase rapidly. The resulting high temperature, high-pressure gas pushes the piston from top dead center to dead center, rotating the crankshaft through the connecting rod and exporting mechanical energy.
4. Exhaust stroke:
The exhaust gases generated after the combustion of the combustible mixture must be removed from the cylinder for the next working cycle. When the expansion is near the end, the exhaust valve is opened, and the free exhaust is carried out by the waste pressure, and when the piston reaches the top dead center and then moves up and dead center, the exhaust gas continues to be forcibly discharged into the atmosphere
